Is it possible to reimagine the time spent in a jury waiting room from root canal territory, to being so much fun that more people will volunteer for jury duty, just to spend time in the waiting room? Perhaps this is not possible or even disarable, but by setting having an incredible experience as the goal, perhaps it will at least result in the eperience modified to the extent so that it no longer being a boring one
